Theatre: Matthew is currently Associate Composer for the 2006 season at the Chichester Festival Theatre.  Other theatre includes: The Life of Galileo (Birmingham Rep); The Tempest (Liverpool Everyman); The Hypochondriac (Almeida); The Witches (Wyndhams); Mother Clap’s Molly House (NT & West End).

Matthew trained at the Guildhall School and City University, London, and studied in the Berlin Hochshule fur Musik and in New York, where he worked as Music Assistant to Lotte Lenya.  He has written music for over fifty plays, including premiers by John Mortimer, Harold Pinter, Mark Ravenhill, Howard Barker and Julian Mitchell
