One of the most gut-wrenching loves scenes between two men ever put on stage...superb production...funny and affecting...outstanding performances.

I have often thought of this wonderful play that I saw at the Donmar Warehouse - but all of these years on I couldn't remember it's name. After having just stumbled upon the ticket stub - some 14 years on I now know and have re-read the reviews and ordered the Jonathan Harvey book containing the play. I remember this being a wonderful night at the Donmar with a stunning performance from Elizabeth Berrington as the majically mad Clarine. I would give an awful lot to see this again.
