    Nic Lloyd (Chairman)

    Nic is the Chief Executive of Malvern Theatres Trust, the Associate Producer Compagnia d' Opera Italiana di Milano, and an Honorary Director of the Malvern Festival.  He is also a member of Saint Richard's Hospice (Worcester) Capital Appeal Committee.

    Ken Bennett-Hunter

    Ken is a freelance theatre consultant, a producer and a former president of the Theatrical Management Association.  He is a Board member of Skillscene, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Honorary Member of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

    Stephen Browning


    Stephen Browning is a consultant specialising in the arts, heritage and tourism. He was Director of Marketing, Press and Public Relations for the Royal Shakespeare Company from 1989-99, with responsibilities covering Stratford-upon-Avon, London, Newcastle, and all UK and overseas touring. Prior to the RSC, Stephen had senior management positions at the Oxford Playhouse, the Greenwich Theatre, Opera 80 (now English Touring Opera) and the Cultural Affairs Headquarters in Hong Kong, where he helped to set up the annual International Film Festival.

    Patricia Cumper

    Patricia Cumper is a playwright with twenty five years experience in the Caribbean and the UK. She also reviews the arts for BBC Radio 4.  She is currently Artistic Director of Talawa Theatre Company.

    Kate Devey

    Kate Devey is an arts consultant specialising in theatre and performing arts management, touring, strategic planning and change management.  Formerly Director of Touring at the Arts Council of England she started her career as  assistant director, she was General Manager of the Palace Theatre Watford before becoming Executive Director of Oxford Stage Company.

    Sue Higginson OBE

    Sue is now a freelance arts consultant. Most recently she was Executive Director of the new theatre, The Rose, in Kingston-upon-Thames from 2003 - 2006. She is a former director for the National Theatre Studio, and has worked on numerous other productions with co-producers at theatres such as The Royal National Theatre, the Young Vic, QEH and Royal Festival Hall, the Bush Theatre, Birmingham Rep, the Liverpool Playhouse, Edinburgh International and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals.  Sue was awarded an OBE for services to Drama in the 2004 New Year's Honours List.

    Lew Hodges

    Director of Finance & Resources at the Leadership Foundation, Lew served as the Finance Director of the Arts Council, the Sports Council, Arts & Business, and the National Theatre.  He is also a Trustree of LAMDA, Artsadmin, and Greenwich & Docklands Festival.

    Greg Parston

    Greg is the Director of Accenture's Global Institute for Public Service Value.  Until recently, he was the chairman of the Office for Public Management which he founded and led as chief executive.  He is also a director of the Priory.

    Peter Zombory-Moldovan

    Before being called to the English Bar, Peter worked as a senior manager in the book publishing industry, latterly as editorial director at Longman. He now practises as a litigator specialising in insurance and professional negligence law, currently with the City firm of Squire & Co.
